What Marbles is

Marbles is a marble-racing game built around a coin on pump.fun. Marbles race down a course that is generated afresh for every race, and the result follows entirely from a seed nobody can know in advance.

Marbles is not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with pump.fun, Twitch, Solana or any wallet provider.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, and old enough in your country to take part in something like this. You are responsible for making sure that using Marbles, holding the coin, and receiving a prize are all legal where you live. If they aren't, don't use it.

Joining a race

To join you sign a message with your wallet. It is a free signature that proves the wallet is yours; it is not a transaction and gives us no ability to move anything. Your wallet must hold at least $25 of the coin when the race starts. One join is one race: you enter again for each race you want to be in.

A race fits a limited number of marbles. If more wallets are in than there are places, the race's seed draws who starts. Joining does not guarantee a place in any particular race.

Racing names must not impersonate others or be abusive. We may remove names, and entries, that are.

Prizes

Prizes are paid in SOL from the rewards pool, which is filled by the coin's creator fees on pump.fun. A prize is a share of whatever is in the pool at that moment, up to $100. When the pool is small the prize is small; when it is empty there is no prize. Prizes are never guaranteed.

Prizes are sent to the wallet that joined, automatically. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed. If a payout fails for a technical reason we will try again, but we can't promise to recover from every failure of the network or of a third party.

You are responsible for any tax on what you receive.

Fair play

Don't attack the site, flood it, try to enter wallets you don't control, or try to interfere with a race. We may pause races, refuse entries, or withhold a prize where we reasonably believe there has been abuse or a fault.

Hosted races

Streamers can host their own races from their chat. Those races are run in the host's browser, are the host's responsibility, and have nothing to do with the rewards pool. Any prize a host promises is between the host and their viewers.

No advice, no promises

Nothing on Marbles is financial advice. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, including losses from holding or trading the coin.

Changes

We may change the game, these terms, or stop the site altogether. When the terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
